Use this path if your organization needs a formal quote or invoice, a purchase-order number, tax-exempt review, vendor-onboarding information, or a required delivery-date check. Include your organization, quantity, delivery ZIP code, requested date, and purchasing requirements.

Shipping and delivery

  • $50 flat-rate domestic U.S. shipping per order to one delivery address.
  • Orders shipping to multiple addresses must be placed as separate orders.
  • Each separate order must independently meet the applicable 25-, 50-, or 100-deck minimum. Quantities shipped to different addresses cannot be combined to qualify for a bulk discount.
  • Orders are fulfilled from BayWel's Amazon-held inventory and may arrive in more than one package. Tracking is provided as packages ship.
  • Delivery timing varies by destination, carrier, and fulfillment capacity. Contact BayWel before ordering if you have a required delivery date.

Order and discount terms

  • Bulk discount codes apply only when the cart contains the stated minimum quantity of eligible Mindful Kids decks.
  • Bulk discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
  • Inventory is not reserved until the order is accepted.
  • Tax-exempt status and purchase-order terms must be confirmed before checkout.
  • Contact BayWel immediately to request a change or cancellation. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • Returns and refunds are governed by BayWel's Refund Policy.

What happens next

  2. Confirm quantity, purchasing requirements, delivery address, and timing.
  3. For Shopify checkout, review the discount, $50 shipping charge, tax, and final total before payment.
  4. BayWel routes accepted orders for fulfillment and provides tracking when packages ship.
