What is the pilot?

A 30-day trial of Mindful Work with up to 25 managers, using short conversation and reflection activities within existing team routines.

What does $599 include?

30 Mindful Work decks, Manager Quick Start, four-week activity framework, People/HR guide, survey and measurement framework, Results Summary template, email support and standard fulfillment.

Why 30 decks for 25 managers?

Provide one per manager and keep five for the champion or shared use.

Do we need software or training?

No software, employee accounts, IT integration or formal training is required. Managers preview cards and follow the Quick Start.

How much time does it take?

The suggested cadence is one 5–10 minute activity per week for four weeks.

Can participants pass?

Yes. They may share, reflect quietly or pass. Do not require personal disclosure or use responses for performance evaluation.

How is success assessed?

Use activity counts, ease of use, reported usefulness and interest in continuing. Report response counts and limitations. No health, productivity or retention improvement is promised.

How does the credit work?

Apply the $599 pilot purchase toward a qualifying 100+ deck deployment within 30 days of pilot completion. Contact BayWel to confirm your rollout quote and reference your pilot order and completion date.

How does delivery work?

The pilot includes standard fulfillment. Use one corporate or champion address where possible. Orders use existing Amazon-held inventory and may arrive in multiple packages. Contact BayWel before ordering for required delivery dates, multiple addresses or special delivery requirements.

Can we use a PO or request tax-exempt purchasing?

Contact BayWel before checkout with your procurement requirements. PO, invoice and tax-exempt arrangements require confirmation before ordering.

Can we buy through Amazon Business?

Amazon Business is an alternative purchasing route for available deck offers. Confirm availability, pricing and fulfillment there; the Shopify pilot materials and rollout credit should be confirmed with BayWel before using a different purchasing route.

Is it medical or mental-health treatment?

No. Mindful Work is for general workplace reflection and conversation and does not replace professional care.

Is there a subscription?

Not for the pilot.

Can remote teams participate?

Yes. V1 preferably ships to one company location for internal distribution where practical. Direct-to-employee fulfillment can be quoted separately.

Does BayWel collect employee health information?

The standard pilot does not require BayWel to collect employee health information.

Do we have to share survey results with BayWel?

No. The survey template is for your organization and managers. You control collection and own the responses. Sharing results is optional. BayWel only asks an optional 0–10 recommendation question; sharing is not required to receive materials or the qualifying rollout credit.
