Team Pilot | People and HR Implementation Guide

For your company’s use: This template helps your managers and People team evaluate the pilot. Your organization controls collection and owns its responses. You may adapt or skip questions. Sharing survey responses or results with BayWel is optional and is not a condition of receiving the pilot materials or rollout credit.

Set up a manageable pilot

  1. Name a sponsor and one operational champion.
  2. Invite up to 25 managers. Record the invited count and pilot dates.
  3. Choose one corporate or champion delivery address where possible.
  4. Distribute 25 decks and reserve five for shared use or coordination.
  5. Share the Quick Start and schedule a final review at day 30.

Launch message

We’re trying BayWel Mindful Work for 30 days as a short, optional conversation activity. Please preview a card and try one 5–10 minute activity each week in a meeting or team interaction that already exists. Participants may share, reflect quietly or pass. Our company may collect brief internal feedback on ease of use and usefulness at the end. Sharing results with BayWel is optional. This is separate from performance evaluation.

Week 2 reminder

  • Send one short reminder in week 2 and link to the activity guide.
  • Collect only activity counts and practical barriers.
  • Help managers choose appropriate settings.
  • Avoid collecting card responses or personal health details.

Feedback and privacy

Use your organization’s approved survey method. Explain who can see responses and follow your internal retention policy. Summarize feedback at group level; avoid identifiable quotations without permission. Do not promise anonymity unless your collection method actually provides it.

Close the pilot

Collect the short survey, record response counts and prepare the Results Summary. Decide whether to stop, continue or expand. Contact BayWel with the completion date, desired deck quantity and delivery requirements if requesting the rollout credit.
