BayWel Mindful Work is a physical deck of 100 cards—98 workplace mindfulness and reflection prompts and two instruction cards. Managers can use a prompt to open a meeting, support a 1:1, facilitate a team discussion or create a short moment for reflection.

After your pilot, order 100 or more additional Mindful Work decks within 30 days of completing the pilot, and we’ll deduct $599 from that order.
Example: If your next order of 100 additional decks is quoted at $1,500, you’ll pay $901, plus any applicable shipping and tax. You keep all 30 decks from your pilot. This example illustrates the credit; contact BayWel for your actual rollout price.
Contact BayWel with your pilot order number and completion date to request pricing and apply the credit. The credit is applied to your quote, not automatically at checkout.
How it works
- Choose your managers. Identify up to 25 managers or team leaders.
- Distribute the decks. One per participant plus additional decks for People/L&D leadership, your sponsor or additional managers.
- Start conversations. Use approximately one prompt per week in an existing meeting, 1:1, workshop or team-building session.
- Gather feedback. Your company can invite managers to complete its short internal survey at the end of 30 days. Sharing results with BayWel is optional.
- Decide with data. Review adoption, ease, usefulness and continued-use intent.
Well-being doesn't need another login.

The survey and results template are for your organization’s benefit. Your company owns its responses; sharing them with BayWel is optional. Optional BayWel feedback is limited to one recommendation question.

Is BayWel a mental-health treatment?
No. Mindful Work supports general workplace reflection and conversation, does not diagnose or treat conditions and does not replace professional care.
Do managers need training?
No formal training is required. Managers receive a Quick Start and use cards within activities they already conduct.
Can remote teams participate?
Yes. V1 preferably ships to one company location for internal distribution where practical. Direct-to-employee fulfillment can be quoted separately.
What happens after the pilot?
Stop, continue using existing decks or purchase additional decks for broader deployment. There is no pilot subscription.
